This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, transfers and non-attendance related to Magic Training Ltd courses, including but not limited to IPAF, EAL, IOSH, SSSTS, In-house, ICATS, and NVQ.
Policy
- Written Notification: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@magic-training.co.uk
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration or examination fees, may be non-refundable.
- Course Rescheduling: If possible, Magic Training Ltd may offer to reschedule the course, subject to availability and additional fees.
Course-Specific Cancellation Fees
IPAF, EAL, IOSH, SSSTS, and ICATS Courses:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will be charged the full course fee.
- Transfers: The Customer may transfer a place on a course for one Attendee to a substitute Attendee free of charge.
Cancellation by Magic Training. Magic Training reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the Training Services or venue without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by Magic Training, the Client will be offered an alternative date, and no fees will be charged.
Courses on customer’s site:
Equipment Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide equipment in good working order. If the equipment is not available or in poor condition, the course cannot continue, and the full course fee will be charged.
NVQ Courses:
- Within 14 Days of Enrolment: If a client cancels registration within 14 days of enrolment, they will be entitled to a full refund of the NVQ fees paid, excluding the non-refundable registration fee specified on the invoice.
- After 14 Days of Enrolment: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 14 days of enrolment.
- Registration Changes: Additional charges will be made for changing registration details.
- Site Visits: If an assessor is refused entry on site due to the delegate not making proper arrangements, additional charges may apply. Delegates are responsible for facilitating site visits.
Rescheduling Policy
- Availability: Rescheduling requests are subject to course availability.
- Additional Charges: Rescheduling may incur additional charges.
Non-Attendance Policy
No-Show: Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged the full course fee and is non-refundable.
Course Completion Responsibility
Delegates are responsible for passing the course. No refunds will be issued if a delegate fails the course.
Notification
Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests as soon as possible to avoid charges.

Additional Considerations
- Force Majeure: Magic Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies).
- Individual Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, Magic Training Ltd may consider waiving cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
- We reserve the right to terminate the registration of any individual exhibiting disrespectful, violent, or threatening behavior towards our staff or other Attendees.
Such cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
