This two days 18th Edition Course is designed for personnel involved in electrical installation. Also designers and inspectors who wish to update their knowledge of the IET Wiring Regulations Eighteenth Edition. The focus of the course is to ensure candidates understand the 18th Edition wiring regulations, where to find them in the book and how to apply these in the real world. All scheme providers will expect you to hold this latest 18th edition qualification.
It is also suitable for learners who wish to gain an understanding of BS 7671.
The qualification covers the full content of BS 7671: IET Wiring Regulations Eighteenth Edition amendment 2. The Regulations apply to the design, erection and verification of electrical installations, and also additions and alterations to existing installations.
The learner will be assessed against this qualification by one 60 question on-screen multiple choice exam.
Grading for this qualification: Pass/Fail.
The qualification is achieved when the unit assessment have been successfully completed. The centre will then be able to apply for the learner’s certificate.
